PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PER DIEM) Job Opening

Position: Physical Therapist (Per Diem)

Location: Fort Myers and surrounding areas as assigned by Ocean Care Agency

Pay Rate: $45-$55 per hour, depending on experience

Job Overview: Ocean Care Agency is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and effective therapy services to a diverse range of patients, focusing on improving mobility, relieving pain, and facilitating overall physical rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient conditions by conducting physical examinations and evaluations to determine physical therapy treatment requirements.

  • Plan and execute patient therapy programs that focus on pain relief, healing, and improving mobility.

  • Utilize various therapy techniques and tools to treat patients and monitor their progress.

  • Educate patients and their families on post-therapy care and exercises.

  • Maintain patient records by documenting treatments, responses, and progress.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and recovery.

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

  • Valid state Physical Therapist license.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
